01 The problem

Functional drinks need a little explaining.

The emails had to explain what the drinks actually do and translate benefits into everyday problems — without turning the inbox into a nutrition lecture.

02 The approach

Start with the problem. Earn the product.

Instead of opening every email with “here’s our drink”, the messaging started with situations customers already recognized: energy crashes, focus, recovery.

The product arrived as the solution, not the whole story — giving the brand room to educate and sell at the same time.

03 The idea

Sell the problem they recognize before the product they don’t.

A repeatable four-part structure for turning unfamiliar ingredients into familiar benefits.

The messaging framework

  2. Curiosity
  3. Benefit
